Delete your account

Open Waketfup, go to Settings and tap Delete account.

No phone at hand? Write to support@waketfup.app from the address you signed up with and we delete the account for you.

This removes your account, your alarms and your alarm history from our servers right away.

Two things outlive the deletion. Crash reports at Sentry for 90 days. The purchase records Apple and Google keep, which we cannot touch. Neither carries your name or your email address.

You can also have single pieces of data deleted and keep your account. Write to support@waketfup.app and say what should go.

Reports

You can report a person, a post, a prank or a poke in the app: long-press it, or open the person's profile. We look at every report within one day and remove what breaks our terms.

Subscription

You manage and cancel Waketfup Pro in the App Store or in Google Play, not in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
